RAY, District Judge.

The bankrupt, Eeo B. Eevey, having been duly adjudicated a bankrupt, has, as he asserts, turned over to'his trustee in bankruptcy, William A. Smyth, all of his property not exempt. One dividend has been made and paid, but property for distribution still remains in the hands of said trustee, who asserts that the bankrupt has in his possession and under his control other property or money to the amount of several thousand dollars, not exempt, and which he is fraudulently and wrongfully concealing and withholding from his trustee.
