Hobart J. Barrett, Jr. appeals the district' court’s order denying his motion for conditional release from the custody of the Attorney General pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 4247(h) (2012). In reviewing a district court’s order denying release, we review “the district court’s factual findings for clear error and its legal conclusions de novo.” United States v.
