This matter is before the court on plaintiff Interpoint Corporation’s (Interpoint) motion for a preliminary injunction. On September 8, 1986, Interpoint filed suit against defendants seeking to enjoin defendants from interfering with Interpoint’s alleged right to possess and operate a truck stop restaurant in Angola, Illinois. Interpoint received a temporary restraining order which was extended (without objection from defendants’ counsel) on October 3, 1986, and which expired on October 10, 1986.
