MORRIS, District Judge.
This is an action at law brought by Larkin R. Brush, trustee of the Cullen Hardware Corporation, bankrupt, against J. Alfred Seymore of Carroll, N. H., and John B. Varick Company a corporation having its principal place of business at Manchester, N. H.-, to recover a preference under Sections 60, sub. b and 67, sub. a of the Bánkruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. §§ 96, sub. b and 107, sub. a.
