HOLLOWAY, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from the conviction and sentence under 18 U.S.C. § 3 1 of defendant-appellant Beverly Ann Popejoy as an accessory after the fact on a charge that she did receive, relieve, comfort and assist Kenneth Ray Johnston and Huey V. Griffin in order to hinder or prevent their apprehension, trial or punishment for bank robbery. 2 Defendant Popejoy appeals, claiming error mainly in the admission in evidence of statements obtained from her by F.B.I. agents during interrogation while she was in custody of Oklahoma City police following her allegedly unlawful…
