By Indictment No. 03-0845, defendant Edward Hammonds has been accused of one count of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law § 160.15 [3]), one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (Penal Law § 265.02 [1]), one count of grand larceny in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 155.30 [5]), and one count of menacing in the second degree (Penal Law § 120.14 [1]).
