MURPHY, Circuit Judge.

Robert Beltz was convicted by a jury of attempt to manufacture methamphetamine and of possession of pseudoephedrine with reasonable cause to believe the chemical would be used to manufacture methamphetamine. The district court 1 sentenced Beltz to 292 months imprisonment and five years supervised release.
