{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Lewis R. Fox, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas convicting him of two counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications. For the following reasons, we affirm.

I. Facts and Procedural History

{¶ 2} By indictment filed November 13, 2015, plaintiff-appellee, State of Ohio, charged Fox with two counts of felonious assault in violation of R.C. 2903.11, with three-year firearm specifications.
