Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Sangiorgio, J.), rendered November 3, 1983, convicting him of attempted murder in the first degree and attempted murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prosecution, we find that it was legally sufficient to support the defendant’s conviction (see, People v Contes, 60 NY2d 620). Minor discrepancies in a witness’s testimony do not warrant an impeachment of the jury’s verdict (see, People v…
