In the period since the oral argument of this appeal, the Secretary of the Air Force through the United States Attorney has written the Court on two occasions, with copies sent of course to the appellant. With commendable candor the Secretary now admits that newly discovered records indicate that appellant filed suit within the thirty days required by 42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e-16(c).
