October 14, 1914, tbe grand jury of tbe first judicial circuit returned an indictment against tbe defendants John T. Scully, Willmot K. Cbilton and Jobn H. Eiscber containing three counts, tbe facts set forth in each count alleged to have been committed on tbe 29th day of Juné, 1914.
