In this appeal, Raymond Fiedler and his daughters, Melissa (Lisa) and Charlotte, all of whom are members of the white race, challenge the district court’s dismissal of their civil rights suit brought under 42 U.S.C. § 19811 against Marumsco Christian School, Marumsco Baptist Church (hereafter collectively called Marumsco) and Aleck Lee Bledsoe, principal of the school and pastor of the church (hereafter, Bledsoe).
