MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BERTELSMAN, District Judge.

In this serious products liability case, the court is called upon to apply principles enunciated in certain recent decisions concerning long-arm jurisdiction.

Background

Plaintiffs bring this action, alleging that they were lessees of a house owned by the defendants Hopperton. Plaintiffs further allege that there were stored in the basement of this leased dwelling several cans of a powerful chemical insecticide labeled Zytox manufactured by the defendant Ferguson Fumigants.
