This appeal arises out of an action originally brought by the Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) before the Pollution Control Board (Board) against Park Crematory, Inc. (Park), alleging several violations of the Hlinois Environmental Protection Act (Act) (415 ILCS 5/1 et seq. (West 1992)). After an administrative hearing, the Board determined that Park committed several of the alleged violations and imposed a fine of $9,000.
