The defendant McHarg is an attorney at law, and was a member of a law firm composed of himself and one other; the firm being employed by the plaintiff as its counsel. As already stated, McHarg was also a director in the plaintiff corporation, as well as its secretary and treasurer during the time of the transactions complained of.
