Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Thomas E. Moran, J.), rendered February 24, 2014. The judgment convicted defendant, after a nonjury trial, of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is affirmed.

Memorandum: On appeal from a judgment convicting him upon a nonjury verdict of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.75 [1] [a]), defendant contends that Supreme Court erred in refusing to dismiss the *1448indictment as time-barred.
