The appellant in this case appeared before the city council of the appellee, sitting as a board of equalization, and asked that certain real property assessed as the property of appellant be stricken from the assessment roll. This request was denied, apd therefrom an unsuccessful appeal was taken to the district court of Gage county, from which the church appeals to this court. The case was submitted and determined in said district court upon the following stipulation of facts:
