— Appeal from (1) a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed January 23, 1975, which disallowed a claim for compensation, and (2) a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed May 24, 1978, which denied claimant’s motion to make additions to the record. Claimant, who is now blind, alleges that he sustained an injury to his eyes, which ultimately resulted in the blindness, while lifting a typewriter out of the lower drawer of a file cabinet in April, 1957, when he was employed by the New York State Attorney-General as an Assistant Attorney-General.
