Radioshack Corporation appeals a judgment of the E still Circuit Court confirming a jury verdict against it and in favor of the Appellees, Comsmart, Inc., and Michael Dean. Radioshack contends that the trial court erred by allowing Comsmart and Dean to present evidence of oral statements made prior to the execution of the contract in support of their misrepresentation claim. Radioshack also argues that it was entitled to a directed verdict or to a judgment notwithstanding the verdict because Comsmart and Dean failed to present clear and convincing evidence of fraud. We…
