This is a suit in partition, begun by a bill in equity under the provisions of chapter 159, R. L. 1925. The bill alleges in effect inter alia that the three petitioners and Thomas Kreuger, one of the respondents, are the oivners of an undivided estate in fee simple, in the different proportions set forth in the bill, as tenants in common of the three and one-half acres of land sought to be partitioned, subject only to a right of dower in and to an undivided one-fourth thereof then owned by the other respondent, George Kaha, who had theretofore acquired said…
