In an action to enjoin the defendants from interfering with an access easement and to recover the legal expenses incurred in the prosecution of this action, the *682defendants John Velazquez, Josephine Velazquez, Carmen Figueroa, Nicholas Nagy, and Elizabeth Nagy appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Miller, J.), entered March 5, 1992, which, inter alia, adjudged that the plaintiff had an easement and awarded legal costs and disbursements to it.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
