This is the second appearance before us of the complex litigation emanating from Gold Kist’s production agreements with Renade Wilson and 14 other egg and pullet producers (“the plaintiffs”) and the sale of Gold Kist’s egg processing facility. In Gold Kist v. Wilson, 213 Ga. App. 154 (444 SE2d 338) (1994), we determined that various material issues of fact remained with respect to both parties’ motions for summary judgment, and the case then proceeded to trial.
