This matter is before the Court on the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (doc. 4), the Plaintiff’s Response (doc. 6), and the Defendant's Reply (doc. 7).

BACKGROUND

The Plaintiff, Janet Mack, worked for the Defendant, Cincinnati Die Casting Company (“Cincinnati Die”). She was a member of Local 1460 of the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (“Union”).
