THIS CASE came on for hearing before the Court on December 14, 2011 on the Debtor’s Objection to Claim No. 2-2 of RBC Bank, USA (the “Objection”) (Doc. 22). The Court has also considered RBC Bank, USA’s (“RBC”) Response to the Objection (Doc. 23).
