ORDER DENYING MOTION TO APPOINT A COMMISSION AND ADOPTING STIPULATION TO CONTINUE TRIAL

HOVLAND, Chief Judge.

Before the Court is the Plaintiffs Motion for Appointment of a Commission and Request for Oral Argument, filed on January 14, 2005. Also before the Court is a Stipulation to Continue Trial and Extend Deadlines, signed by the Plaintiff and fourteen of the Defendants. The stipulation was filed on February 4, 2005. For the reasons set forth below, the Court denies the motion to appoint a commission and adopts, in part, the stipulation to continue trial.
