This appeal presents the issue of setting aside a decree after expiration of the term and the issue of the failure of petitioners to verify the petition to set aside the decree. The appellees, G. W. Reagan and his wife, Lessie Mae Reagan, on the 31st day of March, 1925, acquired by warranty deed lot 2, block 17, Midland Hills Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, which is located within the boundaries of Sewer Improvement District No. 94.
