Plaintiff sued in the Supreme Court in an action at law against the defendant for com missions alleged to be due under a contract made by the plaintiff, a real estate brokerage concern, with the defendant. The cause was tried at the Hudson Circuit before Judge Ackerson and a jury, and resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff, who had judgment thereon.
