Plaintiff (appellant) commenced this action in equity on December 7, 1925, in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis against Riley T. Brock, Emil E. Henner, Herman Heidland, John E. Roberts, and Fred Schumm, as defendants, seeking a decree for the specific performance of an alleged written contract for the conveyance of certain described real property situate in the city of St. Louis.
