OPINION

ABRAMSON, Judge.

This matter is before us on discretionary review of that portion of a May 31, 2006 Opinion and Order of the Jefferson Circuit Court affirming in part a May 10, 2005 judgment of the Jefferson District Court. The District Court’s judgment included a finding that Appellant John Kelley had abandoned certain automotive parts from a dismantled 1955 Jaguar and that Nationwide Auto Restoration, LLC, was now the rightful owner of those parts.
