Reversing.
On June 2, 1932, Jesse C. Westerfield filed a claim for an adjustment of compensation against the Kentucky state highway commission, hereinafter called the highway commission, claiming that, while employed by the highway commission and in the regular course of' his employment in shoveling* crushed stone from a railroad car, he received a^ strain or injury which resulted in a hernia.
