This matter is before the Court on several motions filed by the parties in this case. 2 Plaintiff Jessica Gibbs, proceeding pro se, alleges that she suffered various acts of retaliation after lodging complaints about her supervisor and others within the Department of the Interior (“DOI”), where Ms. Gibbs formerly was employed.
