OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Michelle Pignaloso, appeals from the June 22, 2006 judgment entry of the Portage County Municipal Court, Ravenna Division, in which she was sentenced for wrongful entrustment of a motor vehicle.

{¶ 2} On February 19, 2006, a complaint was filed against appellant charging her with one count of wrongful entrustment, a misdemeanor of the first degree, in violation of R.C. 4511.203(A)(4). Appellant entered a not guilty plea at her initial appearance on March 2, 2006.
