— Appeal from that part of an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Williams, J.), entered December 27, 1982 in Ulster County, which denied defendant Martin Milano’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. Plaintiff was bitten by a dog on September 14,1981 while on Paul Quimby’s property.
