This was an action on a judgment rendered in the Superior Court of Hartford, Connecticut. Everything seems to be admitted to be regular except that the judgment was not signed by the judge of the court render-, ing it. The judgment and all the proceedings connected therewith seem to be in proper form. The judgment was rendered upon personal service of the summons upon the defendant, (plaintiff in error in this case,) and also tipon a voluntary appearance of the defendant in the action.
