Action by the executors and trustees of the last will and testament of Cornelius V. S:. Roosevelt, deceased, for the purpose of procuring a judicial settlement of the account and proceedings by such executors and trustees since April 1, 1894, and to obtain a construction of the meaning and effect of said will in regard to various questions which have arisen in. respect thereto. This action is brought by the executors and trustees of the last will and testament of. Cornelius V. S. Roosevelt, deceased, for the purpose of procuring a judicial settlement of the account and proceedings by such executors and trustees since April 1, 1894, and to obtain a construction of the meaning and effect of said will in regard to various questions which have arisen in respect thereto.
