— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Groh, J.), rendered March 21, 1984, convicting him of rape in the first degree and sodomy in the first degree (three counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant, who was tried jointly with a codefendant, Theresa Davies, whose conviction was affirmed by this court (People v Davies, 145 AD2d 499), contends that the prosecutor’s summation deprived him of a fair trial.
