Appeals (1) from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed December 20, 1995, which ruled that claimant was not entitled to receive a transportation allowance under the Trade Act of 1974, and (2) from a decision of said Board, filed March 27, 1996, which ruled that claimant was not entitled to receive a trade readjustment allowance under the Trade Act of 1974 between December 18, 1995 and January 21, 1996.
