This appeal arises from a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation ("OWC") involving a Medical Guidelines dispute. For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm the judgment of the OWC and deny the answer to the appeal.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Claimant, Irvin Deubler, injured his lower back in the course and scope of his employment with Bogalusa City Schools ("BCS") on October 22, 2012, and thereafter began receiving benefits pursuant to the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Act.
