The Scranton Times, Sunday Times and Scranton Tribune have filed a petition under the Right-to-Know Act seeking the disclosure of documents concerning parking violations and fines that were voided by the Scranton Parking Authority for designated vehicles operated by personnel of the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office.
