On 13 and 20 September 1988, a military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted appellant of conspiracy to commit larceny of government property, larceny of government property, and larceny of private property, in violation of Articles 81 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881 and 921 (1982). Appellant was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for three years, and forfeiture of all pay and allowances.
