The will for the construction of the provisions of which this action is brought is in its material parts as follows: “After the payment of all my honest debts and funeral expenses, I give and bequeath to my wife, *261Cynthia W. Adams, the use of one-half of both my real and personal property, together with the entire household furniture, etc., during her life-time.
