This contested matter was taken under advisement by the court to determine whether in a chapter 13 case the holder of a claim secured by a security interest in the debtors’ principal residence must use Supplement 2 to Official Proof of Claim Form 10 (“Form 10S2”) when filing a response which disagrees with a notice of final cure payment under Rule 3002.1(g) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
