Blackmar, J.:
Charles W. Wheeler and Lucy Maud Wheeler were husband and wife. They were divorced in March, 1900. \rhe decree of divorce made no provision for alimony or the custody and support of their child, Rosalie; but immediately thereafter an agreement, dated March 29, 1900, was made between the parties upon this subject.
