Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Madison County (DiStefano, J.), rendered July 12, 2007, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted criminal sexual act in the first degree.
Based upon allegations that defendant had subjected two girls, ages seven and eight, to sexual contact in April or May 2006, State Police Investigator David Verne spoke with defendant at the State Police barracks.
