MEMORANDUM DECISION REGARDING GRINNELL STATE BANK’S MOTION TO RECONSIDER

Grinnell State Bank has moved pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr.P. 9023 to have the court reconsider its oral decision of June 1, 2012.
