Kenneth Blue was convicted by a jury of aggravated sodomy, K.S.A. 21-3506(o), and rape, K.S.A. 21-3502(l)(a). He was sentenced to concurrent terms of not less than 6 years nor more than life, and not less than 4 nor more than 20 years.
