This case involves an appeal from an order determining the heirs of Jose Roman Blanco, Sr., also known as Joseph Blanco, deceased. Jose Roman Blanco, Sr., who will be referred to hereinafter for ease of reference as Blanco, died intestate on October 14, 1972.
