On May 27, 2015, Defendant Ryan John Snider (“Snider”) moved to vacate, set aside, or correct his conviction and sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 ■(“§ 2255”). He argues that in light of both newly discovered evidence and the standard announced in Burrage v. United States, —— U.S. ——, 134 S.Ct. 881, 187 L.Ed.2d 715 (2014), his conviction and sentence for distributing drugs resulting in death are unconstitutional.
