The parties -to -this action -are husband and wife. 'They were married in the state of Mississippi, in 1911, and lived an extremely happy life in affectionate association with each other until- some time in 1928, when they moved from Mississippi to, Louisville, Ky., where the husband, who is the appellee, David Luther Hill (and was the defendant below), continued to practice his profession of -medicine in which he was engaged before and throughout Ms married life.
