MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WILLIAM A. HILL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the court is confirmation of the Second Amended Plan Of Reorganization filed by Ronald and Ramona Ei-senbarth (Debtors) on March 6, 1987. The Debtors filed a Chapter 11 petition on March 15, 1985. A motion for confirmation pursuant to section 1129(b)(1) of the Code was filed by the Debtors on February 17, 1987. Production Credit Association (PCA), Federal Land Bank (FLB) and the United States Trustee have all filed objections to the plan currently under consideration.
